Our roleOn-Site Production Management

Hits Radio Live is Bauer Media's multi-artist arena show. In 2025 it played two back-to-back show days: bp pulse LIVE in Birmingham on the Friday, then Co-op Live in Manchester, the UK's largest indoor arena, on the Saturday. The line-up included Calvin Harris, Jess Glynne, Alex Warren, Myles Smith, Sonny Fodera, JADE and Cian Ducrot.

The production was led and advanced by Neil McDonald of Clockwork Production. RxTx ran on-site production management at both arenas, from the first truck in to the last truck out.

Pop. Party. Repeat.

It's a fast-paced show that runs on changeovers. Every act brings its own band, crew and requirements, and all of it has to move on and off a single stage in narrow changeover windows while a full arena waits for the next hit. Then it all moves to a new venue and does it again the next day. Our job was to keep both days running to time: load-in, line checks, changeovers and load-out. Built for live.
