Our roleProduction Manager
Memphis rock band Sleep Theory have had a meteoric rise, and in summer 2026 they brought it to Europe's biggest rock festivals. RxTx's Will Hurn joined as Production Manager for the run, working closely with Tour Manager Danny Head of Head Out Tours.
Across three weeks in June, the band played seven festivals in six countries: Rock in Rome, Download Festival at Donington, Rock For People in the Czech Republic, Graspop in Belgium, Pinkpop in the Netherlands, then Vainstream in Münster and Impericon in Leipzig.
A new site every show
Festival runs are a different discipline to a headline tour. Every show means a new site, a new stage team, its own changeover window and its own set of rules, often with travel days in between. Each one was advanced in detail so the band could walk on and deliver the same show, whatever the stage. Built for live.
