Our roleTouring Production Management
Across 2024 and 2025, RxTx provided touring production management for Steven Bartlett's Business & Life Speaking Tour, from the host of The Diary of a CEO. It was a show that had to travel between very different venues, markets and time zones.
The UK leg opened in March 2024 with sold-out nights at Central Hall Westminster, then moved on to Birmingham Symphony Hall, Glasgow Theatre Royal, Liverpool Empire and two nights at the O2 Apollo Manchester. Within weeks the tour crossed to Australia, New Zealand and Dubai, playing RAC Arena in Perth, ICC Sydney, The Civic in Auckland and Coca-Cola Arena. In 2025 it returned for an Asia run through Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, Bali and Jakarta.

From advance through to live delivery, we oversaw technical planning, logistics and on-the-ground production. Every venue was advanced in detail before we arrived, whatever its size, its local suppliers or its territory, so the show landed the same way wherever it played. It reflects our approach to touring: precise, scalable and built for live.
